  • Warranties
  • Turnabike products are warrantied for one year from date of shipment for material defects that in its opinion are not the result of neglect or abuse. Warranty does not include rubber covers or caster tread that is subject to wear. Contact Sales@turnabike.com for replacement components.


  • Return Policy
  • Undamaged products purchased through our store may be returned within 60 days of purchase subject to a restocking charge of 20% of current sales price. Refunds for parts returned other than for warranty are accepted based on our evaluation that they may be refurbished and resold. Damaged or worn parts that must be replaced will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. If you purchased your product through a dealer, please contact them for return or warranty support.
